Tuesday Tour Day – Daemen College

Let’s take a tour of Daemen College today!

Daemen College offers students a world of opportunity. A private, four-year college dedicated to providing professional career preparation in the liberal arts tradition. Our distinctive, value-added programs include study abroad as early as the sophomore year, a coordinated co-op and internship program, undergraduate research opportunities with faculty, service learning and a comprehensive honors program.

Daemen is located in Amherst, NY, just outside the city of Buffalo and 30 minutes from Niagara Falls, NY. Visit Us! That’s the best way to really get a feel for what Daemen has to offer.

Daemen has a 15:1 student/faculty ratio. Small classes allow students to work with professors on a one-on-one basis.  You’ll learn from the best at Daemen.

The Wildcats are a member of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics. Daemen’s athletic programs have won nine American Mideast Conference North titles in the past nine years.

At Daemen College a private school is within your reach! The cost of your daemen education can compare to the cost of a public university. Over 92% of our full–time undergraduate students receive some type of financial assistance. We create individualized financial aid packages for you. Our generous scholarships make attending Daemen very affordable. We offer merit scholarships based on a student’s academic and leadership achievement. Just by applying and being accepted to Daemen, a student may qualify for one of the following scholarships.

Daemen’s scholarships and grants are renewable for the duration of your program based on your GPA.

Daemen offers a rolling admissions policy. The average student enrolled has a 90 GPA and 1050 SAT. We also have a “test optional” policy which provides you with a choice regarding the submission of standardized test scores. This policy was designed for students who have demonstrated academic excellence in the classroom and who do not believe their standardized test scores accurately reflect their abilities.
